I’m really pleased to announce that Home Care Pulse clients now have the ability to integrate directly with Caring.com, the industry leader in online reputation management. Now for the first time ever, Home Care Pulse customers can have their clients’ feedback shared directly with Caring.com based upon the live telephone interviews conducted by Home Care Pulse.
Beginning January 2, 2017, Home Care Pulse customers will be able turn on Reputation Management integration when they log into their Home Care Pulse account.
By turning on integration, home care owners will have access to control what percentage of their client interview ratings and feedback in the areas of “Recommending Provider” and “Impact on Daily Life” are shared with Caring.com via secure API technology.
In addition to the sharing of consumer reviews, Caring.com will display the Home Care Pulse Certified and Best of Home Care® award-winning logos for each of the home care providers who have enabled reputation management integration. This is a big win for our agency partners, because it allows them to leverage these awards to differentiate their services to the Caring.com audience, and it’s also a win for consumers because they can now find the agencies doing the best job nationally of providing quality in-home care.
